Registration 2011/2012

2011/2012 on-line registration is now open for all returning players.  For new players to PMHA please contact our registrar, Lisa McMillan @ registrar@pembrokeminorhockey.com

 

The Last In person registration night for all new players to PMHA will be Wednesday, August 24 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at PACC.  Please bring copies of birth certificates and valid ID for all new players.

Note 1:  There will be a $5.00  PMHA administration fee for returning players not using online registration.

Note 2:  As of 2011 July 01, Hockey Canada is now applying a $2 convenience fee for every credit card transaction.

 

Registration Information - Please read all information before beginning registration.

All registration fees are due by September 1/2011.  Post dated cheques will be accepted with dates of June 30th, July 30th and August 30th, 2011.  You may pay by cash, cheque or credit card when registering online,  if cash or cheque is selected please mail you cash or cheque(s) to Pembroke Minor Hockey at PO Box 725, Pembroke Ontario, K8A 6X9.

If you are new to our association you cannot register online, please contact the regsitrar at registrar@pembrokeminorhockey.com.  If your child is trying out for Titans or Aces please select cash or cheque and do not forward any money at this time.  We will collect money after we know that your child will be playing with Pembroke Minor Hockey.  If your child is trying out for a competitive team there is a $30 try out fee and if your child is select there will be an additional $50 competitve fee due upon making the final cuts.
